What does Living Well mean to you?

Just read a good article about the “Wellness” movement. I hadn’t even thought about it before today, but this sparked something:

I’ve been trying to make improvements to my life for the past few years, but I’ve never been one to follow those kind of lifestyle trends. I don’t go to a boutique workout class. I definitely don’t have fancy athleisure wear. I do what I can and try (emphasis on “try”) to not pressure myself or make myself feel bad for not being able to do more.

This article resonated with me because I feel like I don’t do things like other people, so sometimes I feel like the outcast in super aware American health culture. There are things I would love to do for my health, but don’t have the time or money at the moment to devote to them.

Could it be that my wellness could be tailored to me? You mean I don’t need to buy a Peloton and go Keto? It would be lovely if I could be just as “well” as the people who follow the trends.
